to place an order?
Orders are accepted in Credit Cards, eCheck,
Mail Orders (check / money order / cash), or
Bank Transfer.
To add your selected items to the shopping cart, please click
on the 'add to cart' button from the product's details page.
To view the details & descriptions of a selected item, click
on the 'more info' link or the item thumbnail. From the Shopping
Cart you can:
- update the quantity or remove any of the
selected items.
- checkout and complete your order. You will
then be directed to fill in the payment and shipping information
to complete your order.
To review or modify the items that
are added into the shopping cart, please click on the 'shopping
cart' link.

1. To Pay By Credit Cards

A PayPal account is not required for making the payment.
Once your order payment is approved and completed, we will process

2. Pay By International Money Order / Check / Cash
For customers who preferred to place an order by international
money order, check, or cash, please email us the following details
to support@buyportablegames.com:
- The list of items and the product ID
- Your full name & your shipping address
(or gift address)
- preferred shipping method: standard
or courier express
- preferred payment method: international
money order, check, or cash.
If you prefer to pay in currency other than USD, please
make a note to us.
3. Bank Wire-Transfer
or Western Union Transfer 
This payment option is reserved for wholesale order or order
with size over $150 only. Please contact us at support@buyportablegames.com
with the list of items that you would like to purchase for
a transfer payment. Transfer payments will be discounted with
2% off and transfers will usually be completed in 1-3 days.

Order Processing and Confirmation
Orders are usually processed
within 24-48 hours after the payment is completed. Sometimes
an item that is temporarily out of stock will delay the shipment
a little and it takes at most 6-8 business days to have your
order processed and shipped. All items listed will be available
and unavailable titles are marked as (out of stock) or removed.
If you have placed an order and notice
an error, please e-mail us at support@buyportablegames.com
immediately so that we could correct your order on time. If
your order has already been shipped, we are unable to change
the order that is already in transit. If you suspect that
your order did not transmit successfully or feel that there
may have been any other problems, please e-mail us at support@buyportablegames.com
so that we can confirm your order or follow up your problems.
Upon successful payment transaction, an confirmation email
will be sent to you. After your order is shipped, another
shipment confirmation email will be sent to you.
Emails Filtering/Blocking Notice:
If no confirmation email is being received, please check and
make sure a valid email address has been entered with your
order. If an email address provided is invalid or has a typo
mistake, the system will be unable to send you a notification.
For customers who are using free emails such as yahoo,
hotmail, or certain hosts always blocking incoming emails
such as aol, comcast, and
bellsouth please kindly check your email
filter settings in order to receive emails or responses from
us smoothly. We strongly discourage customer using
yahoo emails as it will unreasonably blocking emails,
even the reply email that we replied from the email you sent
us with no reasons given. Please stop using yahoo email to
send us emails, and stop not checking your email filter or
junk folder. We have no way to contact you at your yahoo email
and it is not our problem.
Please understand that we will not be responsible for the
confirmation email that we had tried to send to you being
undelivered due to the above mentioned issues.

Exchange
and Refund Policies
Exchange and refund are possible when the following conditions
are met:
- The items are damaged during the delivery
- Wrong item is delivered (have to be unopened)
- Product is defective (unplayable)
Customers are required to send
the items back and notify us immediately via email as soon
as the problem is found. Customers are required to provide
us with your transaction number and your full name.
We do not accept any items that
are being damaged by customers. Shipping fee is non-refundable.
Returning shipping cost shall be paid by the customer, and
re-shipping cost will be paid by us.

Canceling
an order
Your order will begin to be processed immediately and usually
your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours after it is
placed. Cancellation of an order can only be made within 24
hours after it is placed. Kindly notify us by e-mail at cancel@buyportablegames.com
quoting your transaction number and your full name. Any notification
to cancel an order received after 24 hours will be deemed
as void and the order will be considered as a successful transaction.
Please take note that any cancellation made
will be charged for your order processing, restocking, and
banker's fees. Please understand that this charge will be
incurred either for successful or unsuccessful transactions.

Can my
game console plays both Jap & Eng games?
Yes, all GBA, SP, GBM, NDS,
and PSP consoles can play all Japanese & English games
on the respective systems. Sometime there is a misconception
that these consoles or games are region bounded. It has nothing
such as region coding or lock for these games and consoles,
and there is no problem at all.

Will
the consoles and games work in my country?
Yes, the only difference
in GBA/SP/GBM/NDS consoles is the adaptor/charger (110V
charger or 220V charger), and PSP comes with an international
adaptor (110~220V). Our GBA/SP/NDS/PSP consoles will work
in your country (UK and some Asia countries with 220V charger)
and there will be no problems at all. All English &
Japanese games can be played on any of these consoles.

are the rating symbols appearing on the games mean?
There are ESRB rating symbols
on the English games, and there are CERO rating symbols
on the Japanese games.
ESRB ratings have two parts: rating symbols suggest
age appropriateness for the game, and content descriptors
indicate elements in a game that may have triggered a particular
rating and/or may be of interest or concern.
